The building consists of two standalone apartment houses with a mirrored arrangement of above-ground floors and a connected underground parking floor. A pool for the owners is also part of it.

In the underground floor, there is parking for cars, cellar compartments, stairs, and elevators that are separate for both houses. The underground floor is entered by a ramp from the access road. On each above-ground floor, there are two apartments—one with 3 rooms and one with 4 rooms, having the same layout on all three floors. In total, there are 12 apartments in the complex. All apartments are accessed through a common corridor with stairs and an elevator.

Both apartment houses are topped with a flat roof terrace accessible via a common staircase for all apartments, serving as a shared terrace with a sea view. The equipment of the apartment houses also includes a shared terrace in the garden and a shared pool approximately 9x4m in size, surrounded by paved areas. The entire complex is protected by fencing, with an entrance gate (electrically controlled) for vehicle entry and a lockable gate for pedestrian entry.

The smaller apartments have 3 rooms with a useful interior area of 64.88 m2 and a terrace area of 12.76 m2, so the total area of the apartment is 77.37 m2. The layout is divided into a day and night part—in the night part, there are two rooms, a WC with a sink and a washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. In the day part, there is a kitchen with a dining table and a living room with access to the terrace. All terraces are located on the northeast facade of the building, facing the sea.

The larger apartments have 4 rooms with a useful interior area of 88.85 m2 and a terrace area of 21 m2, so the total area of the apartment is 109.85 m2. This type of apartment has two night parts and one day part. The main night part consists of two separate rooms and two smaller bathrooms equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. The washing machine is located in a closed transitional hallway. The day part consists of a kitchen with a dining area and a living room with access to the terrace. The third bedroom is accessible from the living room, also has access to the terrace, and has a separate bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and sink.
