I entered the real estate broker profession in 2016, and since then, it has been my daily companion. In addition to professionally presenting properties, for which I employ the latest technologies and practices, it is a matter of course for me to assist clients in the areas of financing and property valuation. I do this through close collaboration with a financial advisor and an appraiser when securing a mortgage loan and obtaining an appraisal report, which in practice eliminates many complications and, importantly, saves a lot of time.
