The house is available for immediate occupancy. The rental price includes a reserved parking space for 2 cars and the possibility of parking in the closed yard at the entrance to the house.

The price of the monthly rent is€730, to which will be added the amount for energy and internet in the amount of€70. In the case of 2 persons, the energy costs are increased by€30. When signing the rental agreement, a deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required, which is refundable after the expiration of the rental agreement (possibility of dividing it into 2 months) and a commission in the amount of€600.
