We offer for rent a cozy, completely renovated and furnished apartment in Bratislava's Nové Mesto. It is situated in a quiet location full of greenery, but nevertheless you can easily get everywhere you need from it - in 5 minutes you are in OC Slimák on foot, in 10 minutes in Viva and in 15 minutes by public transport in the center (lines no. 50, 51, 98 and tram no. 3 have a stop a few steps from the apartment, line no. 4 at OC Vivo). Within walking distance you will also find Terno grocery store, Teta drugstore, school and kindergarten, church, excellent langos from Uzlík, McDonald's and LIDL and sometimes you can smell the aroma of chocolate from the neighboring Figaro.

The apartment is located on the top 6th floor of an insulated apartment building and a modern elevator will take you to it. You will also have a separate brick and lockable cellar for everything you need and don't need. The apartment is spaciously suitable for an individual or a couple, or even with a small well-behaved pet. Since it does not have a balcony, we would welcome non-smokers. You will be its first residents after a complete renovation. It is offered furnished with furniture, appliances and necessary small items. It has a washing machine with dryer, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, microwave and refrigerator, along with basic kitchen equipment (glasses, cups, cutlery, plates, pots). The apartment offers a workspace with smart TV, internet and a sofa bed (sleeping area 160 cm), which serves as a comfortable sofa during the day. The bathroom with shower is connected to the toilet.

Parking will be available in the immediate vicinity within sight of the apartment from January via the PAAS system (it is possible to establish a permanent residence in the apartment for this purpose and thus also use parking hours for visitors).

Monthly rent for the apartment and cellar, including utilities and internet, is€700. When signing the contract, the first rent and a refundable deposit in the amount of the monthly rent are paid. There is no commission for the real estate agency. The contract is min. for 1 year.
