OPTION B: Reservation fee of 2000EUR for booking the apartment for 1 month, within which there is the possibility of personal visit in Cyprus (food and accomodation is paid by the developer accompanied by the RIVERS REAL ESTATE broker), 35 % down payment on signing of the Contract and the rest of the price will be paid according to the developer agreement in monthly payments for the 3 years period without interest.
