The land can be used for the construction of a family house or a smaller "apartment house". in case of interest in commercial use and expansion of the land, it is possible to purchase a neighboring land with an area of 860 m2 (price in RK). A concept study for the construction of an apartment house has been processed for the plot, and project documentation for the construction of a family house has also been prepared for the plot (available in the RK)
