There are 4 passenger lifts with a minimum capacity of 13 persons. Window structures are of aluminum profiles with an interrupted thermal bridge. Window panels are glazed with triple glazing. Heating is provided through a central supplier of panel heaters. The living rooms are cooled via a central cooling source by means of circulation units. Air conditioning is provided through central ventilation units with heat recovery. Energy certificate of the building - energy class A0.
