The apartment includes a parking space in the garage under the house, plus a cellar of 3.5 m2 directly next to the parking lot, for an additional fee of +€120/month - it is not a condition of rent

Along with the first rent, a deposit in the amount of 2 monthly rents with utilities is paid.

The apartment is for 1-2 people, the owner is OK with one dog (a trained dog, not a puppy).
